A Life of Balance
The foundation of my practice combines the physical with an inner emotional and spiritual journey. By integrating body, breath, movement, and meditative awareness, I strive to promote an understanding of the interdependency of all these aspects in personal health and wellbeing. PRIVATE YOGA TRAINING
Practicing yoga on a regular basis can help you to improve your strength, flexibility, balance and mindfulness. As a yoga instructor, I help students accomplish this connection by leading them through a class or session comprised of physical exercises, breathing work and mental focus.
Private yoga lessons offer students the ability to focus on personal interests, concerns or goals. Instead of following along with the yoga instructor in a class setting, a private lesson allows an individual to set specific goals and plans, such as personal goals for flexibility, strength or meditation.
SOUND VIBRATION THERAPY/ENERGY SESSION
Come experience an amazing sound vibration session. We all can get stuck in negative vibrations when we don’t feel our soul’s presence and unity with life. Something blocks and is in the way – limiting beliefs, fear, lies, misperceptions. Sound Vibration Therapy can help us to raise our frequencies. The bowls and forks I use are at a specific frequency called Solfeggio tones that are blended tones of nature. The sound and resulting vibrations generated by the forks and Himalayan singing bowls stimulate the theta brain frequencies that are commonly associated with deeper states of meditation. Heart and respiratory rates slow down, creating a favorable healing effect upon the body’s entire system. During an energy session stress is being released and a restoration of the body is made possible, as the body returns to homeostasis.
